Our Story

At Family 1st Alliance, we exist to create powerful opportunities for families to reclaim essential life skills—from financial literacy and real estate investing to fitness, faith, and leadership rooted in timeless American values.

But this didn’t begin in a boardroom. It began in the fire.

For years, Mario was exactly what the system wanted him to be: a sleepwalking consumer, influenced by mainstream culture and habits, detached from faith, living with secular values, and addicted to everything that numbed the soul. He nearly lost his family to divorce, addiction, and spiritual blindness. He was the product of a culture designed to weaken families—and he didn’t even realize it.

Then, he hit rock bottom.

By God’s grace—and the foundational faith planted in him as a child—he woke up. He returned to his roots. Slowly, through years of deep work in faith, fitness, family, and finances (specifically real estate investing), he fought his way back. Just as he and his wife Lori were rebuilding, life struck again—harder than ever.

Their youngest daughter was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer during the aftermath of the pandemic. She beat it. Months later, Lori was diagnosed with cancer. She beat it too.

They’ve stared down hell as a family—and by the grace of God, they survived. These weren’t just challenges. They were second chances.

And they’re not wasting them.

Mario and Lori made a radical shift to restructure their entire lives to serve others. He left his old career in the restaurant business behind and now helps families build generational wealth through real estate. Lori became a certified personal trainer, empowering others through health and strength—just as her own health helped her crush cancer.

Together, they launched Family 1st Alliance to share their blueprint for resilience:

With a background in coaching youth sports, running restaurants and real estate teams, and serving in church ministry, Mario brings leadership that’s forged through trials. Lori, a gifted educator, teaches with both heart and experience. Together, they’re building something that goes far beyond business—it’s a movement.

The truth is, our families are under attack. Spiritually, Physically, and Mentally. And while the world’s volume has been turned up, it’s time our voice gets louder too.
